All reservations are fully refundable, provided that you CALL us at 800.554.VAIL or 970-477-0001, no less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time. NO SHOWS or cancellations LESS THAN 24 hours of scheduled pick-up time are non-refundable.
